Te Wairua Pakiki VIP Pacific Tree - Manaiakalani Film Festival

In our senior block at St. Pius X Catholic School, we learnt all about our native environment. Specifically our 'Amazing Plants'. We spent a lot of time learning about our plants here in New Zealand and once we were experts in our native trees we jumped over to our Pacific island plants. The tree that stood out the most was the Coconut Tree. Learn something new about this king of the pacific plants in our video below.

  8. Kia ora Te Wairua Pakiki. I'm a facilitator in the Ako Hiko cluster. Wow, what a cool mixture of scientific facts and engaging animations. I'm wondering how many slides are on your slide deck. You must have been very resilient to make an animation that lasts a couple of minutes! Ka pai!
